Generative AI Immersion Day for The Hatchery

In early 2025, Time Under Tension collaborated with The Hatchery to deliver an AI Immersion Workshop for their team, exploring the transformative role of generative AI in professional learning and event experiences.

The session kicked off with a deep dive into how generative AI is reshaping content creation, audience engagement, and knowledge-sharing in the events industry.

Following this, the team identified high-impact use cases for generative AI within The Hatchery’s operations. Through structured design thinking exercises, the team developed a prioritised AI Roadmap, outlining opportunities to streamline content development, personalise learning experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

The roadmap included recommendations for leveraging existing AI tools alongside bespoke solutions tailored to The Hatchery’s unique needs.

Held in an interactive and collaborative environment, the session sparked new ideas and empowered The Hatchery team to integrate generative AI into their future event offerings.
