Generative AI training for NBCUniversal
Delivering top-tier customer experience is a priority for NBCUniversal. Over two full-day training sessions, we engaged the AU Marketing division with foundational knowledge on using generative AI safely.
The training included an inspiration session, followed by hands-on practice with generative AI tools. Topics included;
-Advanced prompting
-Asset generation (images)
-Advanced asset creation (voice, video)
-Responsible AI
We also held a Design Workshop, identifying high-impact use cases for generative AI across the division.
