Speaking gen AI at Online Retailer

I had a ball talking about the impact and potential of generative AI for retailers at OR in Sydney. I covered;
💰 Using LLMs to improve conversions, in particular using GPT-4 to write, review and edit product descriptions
📸 How to use AI image tools, and control the output for product photos
🎤 New CX ideas in a gen AI world, in particular voice and conversational CX
